Return Policies

DOA Equipment

Products are considered DOA if they are inoperable upon its first use out of the box. dpi will take back any DOA product within five (5) days of delivery. Notification must be made in email of products damage and serial number. Shipping will be arranged at dpi’s expense for all products determined to be DOA.

Replacement:

The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at dpi’s expense. The replacement product will only be shipped once the original product has been returned. Under no circumstances will dpi ship a replacement without verification of damage to equipment from our technicians. Please contact a sales representative within questions concerning your order.

All other DOA returns outside of the initial five (5) days for notification are in accordance with the OEM and their respective warranties and return policy.

Service:

dpi does not provide service on DOA orders. It is in accordance with dpi’s policy to return any DOA product to the OEM for replacement.

If you choose to have the product repaired or serviced by any third party, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.

dpi reserves the right to test any returned DOA product. Any misrepresentation of product condition is subject to revocation of all return rights to the customer.

Equipment Damaged During Shipment

Items damaged or abused by shipping company will be processed through the shipper and the OEM. dpi will file a claim with the shipment company and the OEM will be contacted for warranty or return policies. Damage during shipment falls outside the responsibility of dpi. There is no guarantee for return time for equipment damaged during shipment.

Returns

All other returns are in accordance with the OEM’s specified distribution and return policies.

Defective Products:

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact dpi directly. dpi will work with you and the OEM to return the product. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened software or pre-recorded media
  • Electronic software downloads
  • Configured to order products
  • Etched or otherwise personalized items
  • Items missing accessories
  • Items that are damaged or abused
